Formed in 1989, Micro Precision Group, Inc. (MPI) is a Connecticut based, diversified manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense and rail industries. MPI is comprised of three primary subsidiaries: Micro Precision, Inc., Wentworth Manufacturing, Nathan Manufacturing and Windham Machine. Micro Precision, Inc. manufactures large hydraulic systems for the U.S. Nuclear Submarine Program and aerial towers used in military communications. Wentworth Manufacturing supplies specialized jet engine assembly tooling and is a prime contractor to companies participating in the Department of Defense’s Joint Strike Fighter Program. Nathan Manufacturing is a 150 year old company that has been a leader in the development and sale of train horn technology.
