Stanwich Partners LLC raises the equity component of its transactions through an affiliated net-work of investors. Generally, we prefer to work with accredited investors willing to commit a minimum of $250,000 toward funding one or more transactions. In select circumstances, we offer investors subordinated debt co-investment opportunities in specific transactions. Should they have specific skill-sets or expertise applicable to a company, Stanwich’s principals may encourage an investor to play an active role in the operation of the portfolio business.
